Gloria Jean APOLOGY

Refer to my previous post and this is the reply we can after hubby sent them an email...i think it's quite nasty,,haha..they deserve it la.

Now, we can have another round of coffee...hehehe..if any of you encounter any problem with them, just refer to the phone number or email here.


Dear ..........(hubby's name),

We thank you for being our guest at Gloria Jean's Coffees Tune Hotel One Borneo Kota Kinabalu. We regret that you had to endure such bad experience at our outlet on Sunday 4th May.
We assure you that we did not intend to confuse our guests. The press advert for three weekends started one week late therefore the third and last advert planned for Sunday 27th April appeared on 4th May instead which was beyond the promotional period which ended 30th April. This caused some confusion although we did print the expiry date on the advert.
We have removed all banners after that Sunday 4th May. The flyers are leftover from the promo period (which also states the expiry date) and we were still using them because the drinks menu is on one side of the flyer. However to avoid further confusion we will not use them anymore.
Although the Store Manager was not around, the Store Supervisor should have attended to you and they are also authorised to provide complimentary drinks upon a valid complaint from a guest.
Your patronage is important to us. We will refund the payment you made for the additional drink and offer you another round of free coffee for you and your partner to enjoy.
Please sms, email or call me if you need further explanation or have further grouses to air. I am sorry that we did not serve you to the highest standard of service that Gloria Jean's Coffees is internationally known for.

Gloria Jeans once was hot in KL but most of it (or all?) shut down now, hardy find one.

Nah!! Padan muka!! I'm glad your husband sent that letter to them! At least we know that they try to make it up to their customers. Thanks for the update deana! :D

At least they did reply. Shows that they do care for their customer needs. Ndak tau lah kalu that's just now since GB just opened kan.

See....they shul have at least one person to take charge of the place if any complaints from customers arise bah. I think, masa ur hubby komplen2 sdh tu, the Store Supervisor panic trus tidak berani mau jumpa. Hehe...
